Linda Atkinson thinks of her sculptures as visual poems. “I’m interested in expressing actions or characteristics that address the human condition, and translating emotions into image, to invent objects which mystify yet beg meaning.”
Joanathan Bessaci Born in 1980 in Lyon, Joanathan Bessaci is a visual artist whose work explores memory, personal journeys, and the invisible threads that connect us. Shaped by a family heritage rooted in Kabyle and Vietnamese cultures, he draws on these influences to create a deeply poetic and reflective body of work.
Ram Brisueno’s mixed media colleges create narratives that relate to personal identity and social perceptions. Using new and repurposed materials at points of transformation and memory revealing unique and hidden narratives. An almost surreal perspective between material and transformations that play in stories and dreams.
Gloria Cesal My intention in this body of work was to create spaces that breathe color allowing the medium to dictate its presence and express its own pictorial language. I have sought to create a sense of free movement and emotionality in all my canvases.
Margery Goldberg I love wood! For over 50 years my obsession for the medium has not waned. I think of trees as our ancestors and family. They are our partners on this planet, without trees there would be no shelter, heat, books, habitat for our entire ecosystem and the air we breathe and no people.
Sofia Gawer finds inspiration by her deep love of nature, memories, events and emotions, fueling her care for the planet and driving her creative passion. Sofia loves to experiment with combinations of paints and mediums, recycled materials and other objects that add layers and textures to her work.
Ashley Joi’s work as a multidisciplinary artist reflects a deep connection to her African ancestry, blending symbolism and diverse materials to create powerful emotional narratives. Her art is a dialogue between past and present, drawing on African mythology, history, and themes of social impact.
Ronni Jolles My medium could be called collage or mixed media, but I prefer to think of it as “painting with paper.” Although I begin with a composition in mind, I usually end up letting the papers, the textures, and the colors guide me as the work evolves.
Michela Mansuino “What excites me about figurative classical realism is it’s power to connect with people on multiple levels transcending language barriers. I invite my audience to engage with the subjects of my paintings in ways that are uniquely their own.”
Anne Marchand draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of human mythology; the works explore the universal themes that connect us across cultures and time. By investigating the space between the literal and metaphorical, the artist challenges our perceptions and invites us to consider the deeper forces at play in our lives.
Sabiyha Prince is a painter, collagist, photographer and cultural anthropologist who works with acrylics on paper, canvas, and wood. Prince’s work represents her sensibilities about inequality, belonging, spirituality, wonder, and joy.
Jennifer Wagner’s work reflects a deep belief in the power of art to inspire connection, conservation, and collective pride. With over 22 years of professional experience, she specializes in large-scale community projects, murals, and installations that turn everyday discarded items into lasting works of art.jol
Robert Weston During 40 years of on-the-job training working for and with many famous architects in the New York Metropolitan region, he has absorbed much from their compositional abilities and design expertise. In retirement he settled into making paintings using his preferred medium of wood veneer marquetry.
