Earth environmental crisis earth is not new, but everyday becomes more critical and it will determine our future. The enormity of the crisis is daunting, but that cannot stop us from acting. We need to rethink the ways in which we live, to slow down and reverse the process of the degradation of our planet. While dreaming of the pristine past or hoping the future might be uplifting, it is merely passive thought. Crisis Mode- Endangered Earth explores various ways we can act to save our planet. Zenith Gallery presents work that recycles natural and man-made objects. With views of nature, trees, water, air, endangerment of animals we explore images of action and protest.
Our exhibition is a mix of passive engagement with the environment, and forms that steer us toward solutions that hopefully will rescue and preserve our world. The exhibition features women artists, since well we do call it Mother Earth!
During our Earth Day celebration, on April 20, we will provide information and actionable tips. Each artist will have their own action plan and describe their work. Learning how to act empowers us all. We hope visitors will rethink the way they live and share what they learn. Our nonprofit The Zenith Community Arts Foundation will set up art projects table for children of all ages to participate and learn about saving our planet for their future. We will provide art supplies and have artists here to assist them.
