“My work begins with natural patterns, shapes, and movements, while incorporating a visual language of form and emotions. Natural processes simultaneously demonstrate building while deconstructing; tending while sabotaging; peace and conflict. People and all of nature navigate a delicate and difficult balance in nurturing and growth.
My recent work has been an exploration of visual language and form through vessels and wall art. I work in a variety of materials including polymer clay, wood, copper, pewter, wire, and paint.”
Margaret has a Bachelor’s of Fine Art from Carnegie Mellon University, has studied botanical illustration, been a Master Gardener, and has been an avid runner for 30 years.
