Fee Schedule:
· Rental fee is $900 (retail value) per day
· NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $500 due upon receipt of reservation
· Balance due seven business days prior to the scheduled event

Time Limits:
· No events shall take place during gallery hours, which are:
· Tuesday-Friday 11am-6pm; Saturday noon-7pm; Sunday noon-5pm
· All events are to conclude on or before midnight

Set Up:
· To be arranged with written details to be delivered no less than 10 days prior to the event.
· Gallery and owner will not be liable and will be indemnified and held harmless for the serving of any alcoholic beverages to any guest.
· Alcohol can be brought in by patron, but in no event shall alcohol be sold on the premises.
