Guest Capacity shall not exceed:
· 125 for a standing cocktail receptions
· 100 for a seated/standing lecture
· 60 for a seated dinner

Floor Space:
· Approximately 1800 square feet street level, storefront space not to include storage areas

Gallery Equipment:
· Two 3’ by 6’ tables at no charge, some set up area available
· Modified Kitchen for set up only (no cooking, oven or stove)

Property Rules & Regulations:
· No food or drinks are to be placed on the artwork or sculpture. Any Damage caused to any artwork or furnishing will be billed at the full retail value with payment due and payable, without offset or demand, within 7 days of the event.
